Web based interface for management and approval of invoices/reciepts
“Booksmate Cloud”, this is a web interface rather than a desktop application where you can. Manage all your documents Review OCR data extraction, make adjustments Approve/delete Queue for auto-export to your accounting software of choice. If you’d prefer this to be in the desktop app, please comment below! It can be in Web or Desktop for this.

This is the process of auto extracting the invoice/receipt information and once approved auto-exporting the transaction to Xero accounting software, with the appropriate “account”, VAT, etc selected and the document attached.

Email job alerts
Right now we’re allowing people to sign up for email alerts however they’re not yet being sent. First version Based on the page the user entered their email (or their search) Subscribe user to daily new job alerts, but only if there’s some new jobs posted since the last email. Include link in the email to adjust the frequency of the alert emails (no signup required to do so)
